Brizz Forms

Event planning made easy

From registrations to volunteers, performances to competitions — create, collect and manage everything with Brizz Forms. Entries land on your event page, after booking, or by link and QR; you review, approve and export, and nobody copies names into a spreadsheet again.

Works on every Brizz event — ticketed here, ticketed elsewhere, or open with no tickets at all — and on its own, with no event.

Pick what you're collecting

Five templates, every question editable. Each sets the dials that fit — who can enter, whether you review, how many, until when.

Volunteers

Volunteer template

Diwali mela: forty helpers for the desk, the stage and the clean-up.

Asks
Shift, t-shirt size, a phone number for the day.
Dials
Confirms instantly, ticket holders only if you like, capped at the helpers you need.

Challenges and applications

Challenge template

Dandiya, rangoli, fancy dress — or a startup pitch challenge where founders apply to present on stage.

Asks
Team or startup name, a category with “Other”, a longer answer with a character limit, a clip or deck link, a consent box.
Dials
You review every entry, a deadline that counts down on the event page, a waitlist once the cap is full, your own confirmation message.

Performances

Performance template

Dance groups and singers apply for a slot on stage.

Asks
Group, members, song, duration, a clip.
Dials
Reviewed; approve the ones you take and message them the call time.

RSVPs

RSVP template

A birthday, a satsang, a community dinner — who is coming and how many.

Asks
Yes / Maybe / No, how many in total, food preference.
Dials
A “No” is recorded as not coming; the cap counts people, not forms — forty places means forty guests.

Anything else

Custom template

A survey after the event, a sponsor interest form, a lost-and-found.

Asks
Your own questions — short and long answers, choices with “Other”, numbers, dates, links, email, phone with country code, a consent box, headings between groups.
Dials
Every dial is yours: who can enter, whether you review, how many, until when — and which questions appear only after a given answer.

Where people find your form

Four places on Brizz, without you doing anything — and a link for everywhere else.

On your event page

A “Get involved” section under the description — before anyone has booked.

Right after booking

On the confirmation page and in the confirmation email, so the person going can enter even if someone else booked.

On their tickets

Under each upcoming ticket in My tickets, until the form closes.

Anywhere you share it

Every form has a short link and a QR for posters, WhatsApp groups and the venue; entries from each show up separately in the analytics. A form with no event — a standing volunteer pool, a birthday RSVP — lives on this alone.

You stay in control

The dials festivals actually need, set per form.

Review, approve, waitlist

Instant confirmation for volunteers and RSVPs, review for entries you choose between. Every decision is logged with who made it and when.

Capacity in people

Cap a form by entries, or by the people it brings — a party of four takes four places, and the person who does not fit is told how many are left or waits.

Who can enter, and that it is really them

Anyone, ticket holders only (we check the booking email), or only people with the link. A signed-in Brizz user enters with one tap; a guest proves the email with a one-time code before anything is stored. One entry per email — sending again updates it.

Deadlines that hold

Entries close at the minute you set, and always when the event ends — never after. The event page counts down to it and turns amber in the last three days.

Consent and conditions

A box that must be ticked to submit, a character limit on long answers, “Other” with the person's own words, and questions that appear only when an earlier answer calls for them.

Tidy entries

Delete a test or spam entry, remove a question you only tried out, and your own confirmation message on the done screen and in the email.

Message the people you approved

Two messages per form to the approved entrants only — rehearsal time, where to report, what to bring.

One builder, every form

The same question builder as your attendee details. Add a form while creating the event, later from the dashboard, or with no event at all from My Forms; copy an event and its forms come along as drafts.

Easy to fill in, on a phone, without an account

Identity first, one button, the code only as they submit — and nothing lost if the tab closes.

Who you are, first

Name and email open the form, prefilled from the account or remembered on the device; the questions follow under clear headings.

One button, the code at the end

Fill in, press Continue, verify the email with a six-digit code as you submit. Signed in, or on your personal link, there is no code at all.

Nothing lost on a phone

A draft stays on the device, pasting works everywhere, phone numbers take a country code and digits, and the page scrolls to the one field that still needs an answer.

A link that shows the event

Shared on WhatsApp the link previews with the event flyer, else the organiser's picture — and the headline you wrote.

See it work

The form as a person fills it in — identity first, the questions under their headings, one button, the code only as they submit.

Add a form to your next event — or start one on its own

Pick a template, change what you like, publish — on an event it goes live with the event; on its own it is live at once.

A form can also stand on its own, with no event — a standing volunteer pool, a birthday RSVP, a membership sign-up: in My Forms choose + New form, then “No event”. It is shared by link and QR, lists beside your event forms, and is open to anyone who has published an event on Brizz. Page updated 8 October 2026.
